At Community Care Breast Surgery, we provide comprehensive evaluation and care for both benign and malignant breast conditions, including breast cancer, high-risk surveillance, and benign breast disease. We see adult patients 18 and older, and our providers practice exclusively in breast surgery, bringing years of specialized experience and a deep understanding of the physical and emotional impact breast concerns can have.
From the first referral to preoperative counseling, surgical care, and postoperative follow-up, patients and their families receive personalized attention at every step. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported, informed, and confident throughout your breast health journey.
Convenient, Patient-Centered Care
Surgical procedures are performed at St. Peter’s Hospital, with select outpatient procedures available at CCP’s Interventional Care suite at Wellness Way. This option provides the convenience of a private office setting while maintaining the same high level of expert care.
Coordinated Cancer Care
Our practice is integrated within Community Care Physicians’ cancer care network, giving patients seamless access to subspecialized breast imaging, radiation oncology, medical oncology, and dedicated oncology nurse navigators. This collaborative approach allows us to deliver well-coordinated, comprehensive care close to home.
Meet Our Team
Our team combines deep clinical experience with an approachable, patient-first mindset. Led by breast surgeon Kelly Dennin, MD, FACS, whose decades of surgical and leadership experience guide care delivery, and Jennifer Ford, WHNP-BC, ANP-BC, who supports patients with clear, compassionate clinical guidance, our practice is built around thoughtful, coordinated care. Nurse navigator Liz Stockwell, BSN, RN, OCN, ONN-CG, plays a key role in helping patients navigate appointments, treatments, and next steps, ensuring continuity and clarity throughout the care process.
