At Community Care Breast Surgery, we provide comprehensive evaluation and care for both benign and malignant breast conditions, including breast cancer, high-risk surveillance, and benign breast disease. We see adult patients 18 and older, and our providers focus exclusively on surgical and non-surgical breast health, bringing years of specialized experience and a deep understanding of the physical and emotional impact breast concerns can have.

Meet Our Team

Our team combines deep clinical experience with an approachable, patient-first mindset. Dr. Kelly Dennin is a board-certified surgeon with 30 years of experience as a general surgeon and with an expertise in breast cancer, benign disease, and high-risk evaluation. Jennifer Ford, MHNP-BC, ANP-BC, is a double board-certified advanced practitioner in women’s health and adult health with 15+ years of experience in breast surgery and a deep commitment to breast health, patient education, and care coordination. Nurse navigator Liz Stockwell, BSN, RN, OCN, ONN-CG, plays a key role in helping patients navigate appointments, treatments, and next steps, ensuring continuity and clarity throughout the care process.

Coordinated Cancer Care

Our practice is integrated within Community Care Physicians’ cancer care division, providing seamless access to subspecialized breast imaging, radiation oncology, medical oncology, and dedicated oncology nurse navigators, almost all within the same location This collaborative approach allows us to deliver well-coordinated, comprehensive care close to home.

We are proud to have a quiet, personable office and a small, tight-knit staff. Our patients are our focus. We perform procedures in our office, in CCP’s Interventional Care suite at Wellness Way, and surgical procedures are performed at St. Peter’s Hospital. Whatever your procedural or surgical needs, our breast specialists will determine the best location for you.
